Here at Pam’s Nutrition and Wellbeing, we don’t tell you that you can’t eat certain foods, that you have to leave out fats or carbs, that you should fast intermittently, that you need to count calories or do any of those other crappy things that most diets tell you to do.  

In fact, we positively encourage you to have an indulgence each week, to have carbs and healthy fats in a balanced way and lots of other things you may find surprising.  We teach you how to do this yourself so you don’t have to rely on “being on a diet” forever.  Our guides and coaching dive into the reasons behind why some of us emotionally or comfort eat and we can give you strategies to help you cope with this.  

Of course in the beginning, we give you complete guides to follow, with lots of delicious and nutritious meals, weekly menu plans, which are balanced out for you by a Registered Nutritionist and we even give you a shopping list of the ingredients you need each week.
